Privacy Policy

LOGO Real Estate is a Colorado real estate brokerage owned by Kevin Hays. This policy explains what we collect on logorealestate.com, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Only what you type into our contact form: your first and last name, email address, an optional phone number, and your message. Nothing else. We do not ask for financial information, Social Security numbers, or any other sensitive personal data through this website, and you should never send that to us by email or web form.

How your message reaches us

When you submit the contact form, it is delivered to us by Formspree, a hosted form service. Formspree receives what you typed, emails it to us, and keeps a copy in our account so an inquiry is never lost to a mail glitch. Formspree processes it on our behalf and does not use it for its own marketing. You can read their privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

If your message cannot reach Formspree for any reason, the form falls back to opening your own email program with the message pre-filled and addressed to us, and you press send. Either way, nothing you type is stored in a database on this website.

How we use it

To answer you, and to follow up about buying or selling real estate. That is it. If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply, and you can tell us to stop at any time and we will.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information. Not to lenders, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
• We do not add you to a marketing list without you asking for it.
• We do not run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or Google Analytics. The only thing counting visits here is described under Cookies and tracking below, and it cannot identify you.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies. Load any page here and nothing is stored on your device: no cookies, no local storage, nothing that follows you around afterward.

We do count visits. Cloudflare, which hosts this site, provides a privacy-focused visit counter that tells us how many people opened a page, which site or search sent them, roughly where in the world they were, and what kind of browser and device they used. It uses no cookies, does not fingerprint your device, does not follow you to other websites, and does not build a profile of you. We use it to see which pages are worth keeping and which are not.

Two outside companies are contacted when a page loads here, and only two. Google, because our typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. And Cloudflare, which serves the site and provides that visit counter.

Two things reach an outside company only if you choose to do something. Nothing goes to Formspree unless you fill in the contact form and press send. The videos on our blog page show a still image stored on this site until you press play, and only then does the video load from YouTube, which may set its own cookies at that point. If you never press play, YouTube is never contacted.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes standard server request data as part of delivering the site to you, and provides the cookieless visit counter described above. Contact form submissions are delivered by Formspree, as described above. Our email runs on Google Workspace, so any message you send us is stored in that email account.

How long we keep it

Inquiries live in our email and client records. Colorado real estate license law requires brokers to retain transaction records for four years, and we keep records at least that long. If you asked a question and never became a client, you can ask us to delete your information and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Colorado residents have these rights under the Colorado Privacy Act. Children

This site is meant for adults buying and selling real estate. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Links to other sites

We link out to places like our YouTube channel and social profiles. Once you leave logorealestate.com, that site's privacy policy governs, not ours.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
